Liked a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in the room. Private bathroom was particularly good. The location was good - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with ordering food for me when I had trouble using the local app. They were fun and made my stay enjoyable. The hotel was equipped with everything I needed such as coffee all day, free of charge, and a well-stocked fridge. The location was in a decent neighborhood which was close to transportation options.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Additionally, the attention to detail was impressive, with small touches like wall plates for laptops and easy-to-reach charging ports next to the bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the room I stayed in had a jacuzzi, which was a wonderful bonus. Oh, and breakfast was included too!
All was fine, no major complaints.

For our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be affordable and just the right size for us. The staff were friendly and the room came with towels and hot water. We also loved the free coffee provided throughout the day. Another advantage was the well-stocked fridge of drinks.
The location was not ideal and it was a bit noisy at times. The lighting in the room was also poor and there were few hooks to hang our stuff.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful during my weekend stay. the coffee available all day was a nice touch, and the shower had hot water and clean towels. the hotel had a well-stocked fridge with drinks for purchase.
The location was a bit far from the center and felt deserted after dark, making me feel a bit unsafe. the room was small with limited hanging space and only one central light source, making it difficult to read or work.

Not only that, but the staff went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, fun, and always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The location of the hotel in a middle-class Colombian neighborhood gave me a true taste of the local culture. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that some rooms even had Jacuzzis, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

The location was a bit far out, but my bad as I should have researched it better. It's a taxi ride out of Poblado. The room was small with few hooks to hang stuff, the hooks that there were, were over the mirror. The lighting in my room wasn't great, just a light bulb above the bed and I could have done with side lamps to provide more light. There was a fan attached to the wall but because it was so high up, I couldn't reach to direct it to where I needed - it looked like the position was fixed anyway. The car park is located at the back of reception, but cars have to drive through the reception to get there which was a bit off putting considering you eat in reception. It had more of a hostel feel than a hotel.
